St. Paul College of Parañaque - Home School Partnership Council, an organized and functional group of enterprising parents, teachers, and administrators who adhere to catholic principles and values and who are in fraternal communion, in line with the vision-mission of SPCP and its policies, envisions the holistic development of the family and transmits this formation to society.    back

We, the members of SPCP-HSPC, acting as conduit in providing opportunities within the community and outside the organization commit ourselves to:

1. Establish a bond among families through quality programs, holistic formation and parent re-education in the attainment of a Christ-centered society;
2. Optimize community resources through effective networking and linkages;
3. Render cultural development and support community extension services programs.    back
