Mayor Bernabe meets 'Baby Champ'

Mayor Jun Bernabe visits "Baby Champ", the infant that was rescued from harm after her mother, Vivian Calalay, attempted to flush her in the toilet of a fast food chain. Calalay is currently facing charges of infanticide because of her wish to kill her baby.
