In honor of former Parañaque Mayor Florencio V. Bernabe Sr., the late mayor's foundation is holding a memorial golf invitational tournament on 22 November 2004 at the Riviera Golf and Country Club Couples Course.
Format will be team competition (4 leaders to a team but only 3 best scores will count) and, for participants who cannot form a team, individual competition (best scores returned in every division).
Open to Parañaque residents and their guests, the tournament will apply the Molave Point System.
Only medal scores will be recorded and corresponding points will be assigned by the committee.
Deadline of entries is on 15 November 2004, while awarding ceremonies will be held on 24 November 2004, 7 pm, at the Casino Filipino Maharlika Hall.
Proceeds of the tournament will go to the Save the Parañaque River Foundation.
